Do you want to reserve a company name? We can organise the documents for you from $90. Reserving a company name allows you to put a company name on hold to prevent someone else from taking it. Company name reservation process includes the lodgement of the ASIC Form 410 Application for Reservation of Name.

How much does it cost to reserve a company name?
The cost to reserve a company name with ASIC is $100 Inc GST. This includes the ASIC fees.
How long does the reservation last?
A name is reserved for a period of 2 months from the date of approval. An application for an extension of name reservation for a period of up to 2 months can be lodged before the reservation expiry date. Reasons for the extension must be provided in detail on the form or in an annexure. An application for extension will only be granted if valid reasons exist. If insufficient reasons are provided, the application will be rejected. Only exceptional circumstances would allow more than two extensions to be granted.
