How long does it take to register register a Shelf Company?
The shelf company registration form generally takes 10 minutes to complete. Once submitted,Abbots will send an email with all your ASIC documents including the ACN certificate to your nominated email address. If you require the company register, this will be carefully prepared and sent out within 1 business day and delivered using our secure couriers.

Do I need to lodge the 484 with ASIC?
Yes, once you receive the documents, the new directors and shareholders will need to sign their appointments and send the documents to ASIC for manual lodgement.
How do I get my corporate key?
We will provide you with a copy of the corporate key. You can also find the corporate key on the top right corner of your most recent annual statement. If you want to have it reissued, you can contact ASIC online, and it will be mailed to your registered address. This can be requested by a current company officeholder, registered agent or external administrator.
